Differences ate
caused by the following factors:
·
Work in “female” branches is paid worse
than work in branches with predominant male
labour;
·
Male professions are better
paid;
·
There is a difference in the labour remuneration to men
and women having the same
professions.
The calculations of researchers
show that if the salary levels of men and women differ by 30-40%,
under other equal conditions the pension savings of women will
amount to 70-77% of men,s savings. Going on baby-minding
leave will reduce the pension savings of women by 7-11%, two
children “eat up” 14-21% of the savings and three children –
21-30%.
