-         It is necessary to legalize greenery planting as a branch along with housing construction;

-         To provide means from the urban budget for development of greenery planting;

-         To carry out nature protection measures of green areas.

At the present time the layout of old parks is reconsidered and the works on their reconstruction will be carried out. The large attention is given to a harmonious combination of separate groups of trees and bushes with a green carpet of lawns and bright spots of flowerbeds in gardens and parks. With the purposes of preservation of the city’s green area the following actions are planned: restriction of roads line for automobile driving and development of parking places for vehicles, preservation of the whole groups of trees representing historical sight.
