For the last few years the state financing of
the system of public health services was obviously insufficient. The
carry out manpower policy has resulted in significant migration
outside the republic of a significant number of the qualified
personnel. For the last time certain efforts to correction of the
existing situation are undertaken. With participation of WHO the
Local plan of actions on hygiene of an environment of the city of
Bishkek is developed. However, the programs, determined in it, in
many respects are focused on the technical help on the part
of the international organizations and advanced
countries.
The basic efforts of Bishkek city administration are directed on realization of the programs not requiring essential financial expenses. The work of the spontaneous markets and places of trade is put in order; on lots of them there was an adverse sanitary and ecological situation. |
