Building -climatic passport of the city makes a basis of introduction in design practice of town-planning-ecological measures of environment improvement. This document in the graphic form evidently represents features of climate and orography of the researched territory, which are necessary for taking into account in town-planning, architectural - planning and design decisions with the purpose of the ecological situation improvement.

To the basis of development and proof-reading of the passport have served: the climatic characteristics, processed with the appropriate techniques, including long-term stationary supervision by the urban weather station, data of routing shootings, graphic-analytical tracing and carried out accounts executed by the composers of the given report during 25 years.

On results of a complex rating of the specified factors in the territory of Bishkek four zones are revealed, each of which requires a differentiated approach during town-planning designing and construction.

Composite and aesthetic connection of the gardening system with the planning decisions should be provided with allocation in the structure of the city building the landscape -planning sites, view corridors, nooks of rest, with consideration of the following recommendations:

- Selection of the structure of all kinds of gardening on the territory of the city are to carry out according to the recommendations of a Botanical garden of the Kyrgyz Republic proceeding from soil-earth conditions within the limits of borders of the city;

- In gardening of the sanitary protective zones, main roads and streets are to use gas-resistant breeds of woody and shrubby plantings according to the recommendations of the experts - dendrologists;

-    In the streets of meridional direction with a constant current of water in irrigational channels are expedient applying of a hygrophilous breeds.
