 What is the general
situation with the ISSUE?
For the last 20 years more than 20 industrial enterprises and
factories are constructed: electrovacuum mechanical engineering,
"Kirgizelectrodvigatel", drills, electronic computers, plastic
products, shoe industrial association, energy power station and a
lot of others. It has allowed to develop housing construction: 85,5
ths. apartments is constructed, 438,1 ths. persons have improved
theirs housing conditions. The construction of objects of education
and public health services is carried out: there were constructed a
number of schools on 63,7 ths. Student,s places, children, s preschool establishments on 20,6 ths.
places and hospital establishments on 4,8 ths. places.
City administration in 1998 has accepted the enactment about
restriction of construction in the central part of the city of
multi-storey houses, the measures on reduction of objects of
uncompleted construction were determined.
In 2000 is
handed over in operation 99,3 ths. sq.m. of habitation or 167 % by
1999 and 8 multiroom apartment houses by the general area 30,1
ths.sq.m are constructed and entered into operation.
