In the sphere of environmental protection the Department of Labour and Employment of Bishkek works jointly with complex enterprises for cleaning and development of the city territory.

The problems of irrigation networks safety arise during their exploitation, as well as during the construction of dwelling houses and other projects when standards of water objects protection are not observed.

It is necessary for the city self-administration bodies to work out and adopt the following legislative acts:

a) Regulation On the Establishment of Guard Zones of  Water Objects;

b) Rules of Maintenance and Protection of    Green Plantations  and Irrigation Networks to be in effect on the territory of Bishkek. 

    During its work with organizations, enterprises, entrepreneurship subjects the Service of the Bishkek City Department of Environmental Protection controls work on the observation of environmental legislation and the implementation of the regulations of the Government and the City Administration.
