International cooperation

 How is the INSTRUMENT applied to solve City environmental problems ?   

City Kenesh achieved co-operation with Moscow City Duma, National Assembly of the Tszyatszo, CNR. Co-operation with the following International non-governmental organisations are also developing: "Soros-Kyrgyzstan" Foundation, K.Adenauer^,s foundation, "ADRA", France liberty. Representatives of the city kenesh took part in the International seminars about "Ethics of the government employees" (USA, 1999), "The problems of local self-government" by the programme "East-East" (Donetsk, 1998).

Under the international Life programme, grants have been won for making improvements, planting of greenery and irrigation in the residential areas Archa Beshik, Keremet, Ak Orgo, Kechelek, Orok.

The issues of the construction of a sarcophagus in the residential area Ala Too and water supply in the residential area Archa Beshik is being considered by the United Nations Development Programme. 

The State Farm of Landscape Gardening took part in the project of the World Health Organization on the development of a joint plan of environmental hygiene actions.
