 What you can do to help
your city
In
fact there is no public participation in the decision-making process
at all. Only in single cases some actions on the illegal building
construction issue or other issues comes trough media. Many problems
in the city remain unsolved. Main reasons of the low public activity
are:
- unclear responsibilities to the
problems, relevant to environmental services;
- no trust to justice, despite of
the reform processes conducted in the sphere;
- no priority to environmental
issues (electricity/gas supply; human rights; unemployment comes
first).
