The present state of vegetation is only a remnant
of the original natural vegetation. Initial cover of vegetation has
been changed very much, or totally destroyed by intensive or
extensive influence of man. Original vegetation preserved on
agriculturally unsuitable or inaccessible territories.
The town pressure and its unremitting spreading of
the built-up space drives out natural segments to the peripheral
locations, but even these are attacked by the city dwellers to
satisfy short-term weekend recreation.
