At the level of town:

• to prepare the new planning and zoning documentation and further special documents for the regulation of activities in the territory of historical centre,

• to accelerate completion of the reconstruction of the National Treasure – St. Elisabeth's cathedral and St. Michael's chapel,

• to support utilization of historical buildings in the pedestrian zone for such functions, which serve for inhabitants in evening hours, i.e. for housing, and to restrict administrative and financial institutions,

• to continue in the removal of architectonic barriers for immobile and old citizens,

• to built up the information system about the City Historical Monument Reservation,

• to develop cultural awareness and feel for joint responsibility of citizens of the City of Košice and workers of local authorities (both officials and deputies) for the condition of the historical centre and to ensure sufficient professional capacities for its maintenance.
