12 important cultural asseets are found in the City Council of Pretoria.  Some of the places in the area have high archaeological value but this cannot be done due to lack of unds for studies.

In Centurion, the Schurveberg area has many valuable cultural & historical assets, which coulc be restored and conserved for posteriry.  This historical route is being planned in the area.

In the NPMSS there are 2 important cultural assets (i.e. Tswaing crater)

The section of the Magaliesberg within the Crocodile Rier TRC has a rich settlement history from the time of Mzilikasi.  Boer war is presented in the form of British stone blockhouses.  The Crocodile Arts & Crafts Ramble extends from the MAgaliesberg TRC into the Crocodile River TRC.
